- Rob opened up the show discussing the opening of the NFL free agency period.  Rob also commented on the rumors of Brandon Marshall to the New York Jets and if the Ravens will be active early or wait to sign a player.

 

- Loyola lacrosse head coach Charley Toomey joined the show to talk about the Greyhounds and preview their big game against Notre Dame.  Coach Toomey also discussed the new stadium that they will play in this season.

 

- Scott Miller from CBSSports.com came on the program and previewed the Orioles.  Scott talked about the importance of the Orioles holding spring training in Sarasota instead of Ft. Lauderdale.  Scott said Dave Trembley can focus on the little things like baserunning with everyone instead of waiting until the end when there are smaller numbers in camp.

 

- Morgan State head basketball coach Todd Bozeman joined the show and talked about Senior Night.  Coach Bozeman also commented on refocusing his team for the third part of their season.  Coach says he separates the season into the preseason, conference play, then tournament play. 

 

- Charles Davis from the NFL Network came on the program to weigh in on free agency.  Charles gave his thoughts on Thomas Jones and the future of LT.  Charles also gave his opinion on Kevin Walter and Antonio Bryant and who he would choose.  Charles commented on Brandon Marshall and warns that people should do their homework on players.
