Rob is worried about the defense and he thinks the one glaring weakness on the team is the secondary. In Rob's mind, the offense will rank higher than the defense at the end of the season.

John also commented on the late season roster moves made by team signals an expectation to make a deep run into the playoffs. John also talked about Ed Reed.
- Joe Reedy from the Cincinnati Enquirer came on the program as we continue to preview the Ravens season. The Ravens play the Bengals in week 2 and Joe talked about the moves the Bengals made during the offseason. Joe gave an update on Carson Palmer's health and how this is a big season for him. Joe also talked about the defensive improvements and the tough schedule the Bengals face.
- Former MLB Commissioner Fay Vincent joined the show and gave great insight to the game of baseball as always. Fay talked about George Steinbrenner and the process that led to him banning Steinbrenner from baseball. Fay also gave his thoughts on the Orioles and Andy MacPhail and what needs to be done to turn the organization around. Fay commented on steroids in baseball and if the sport is truly clean.
- Matt Williamson from ESPN.com came on the program and talked about his article on Joe Flacco. Matt thinks the expectations will be high this season for Flacco because of the new weapons he has been surrounded by. Matt also talked about Anquan Boldin. Matt thinks Boldin is a great receiver, but don't expect him to stretch the field and stay healthy the entire season.
- We went Way Back today and talked to former Oriole Scott McGregor. Scott talked about being with the Yankees prior to the Orioles and his encounters with the late George Steinbrenner. Scott also talked about his career and the current state of the team now.
